Do you only work with large organisations?
No. Most of our work is with organisations of between five and two hundred people. If the process you want fixed is real, the size of the organisation matters less than whether the problem is well understood.

How long does a system take to build?
A focused system is usually eight to sixteen weeks from the first conversation to people using it daily. We would rather deliver one part that works than four parts that nearly do, so the first usable version normally arrives well before the end.

What happens after the system is delivered?
It is maintained. Every delivery includes documentation, a handover session with the people who will run it, and a yearly maintenance arrangement covering updates, backups and support. Unmaintained software becomes the outdated system somebody replaces in five years.

Where is our data kept?
On infrastructure we manage, and we will tell you exactly where it sits before you sign anything. For institutions with a legal or policy requirement to keep data in the country, we can host within Rwanda.

Is your point-of-sale system compliant with RRA requirements?
Yes. Receipting is built around the requirements rather than bolted on afterwards, so a compliant record is produced as part of making the sale.

Can you take over a system somebody else built?
Often, yes. We will review what exists and tell you honestly whether it is worth maintaining or worth replacing — including when the honest answer is that it should be left alone.
